Vagina Monologues One of Old Vic Productions' most successful collaborations to date is the much-celebrated Vagina Monologues which has experienced phenomenal success in the West End and continues to play to packed houses throughout its UK tour. Sophie Dahl, Jerry Hall, Kate Winslet, Cate Blanchett and Melanie Griffith have been just some of the continually revolving cast members to be involved in Eve Ensler's stage show and the popularity of this candid and irreverent production is showing no signs of abating just yet. Greene Light (Films) Limited In February 2006, Old Vic Productions (Films) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Old Vic Productions, was established to invest in British film making. The company's first co-production was a feature film entitled Ruby Blue starring Bob Hoskins. The film was produced as a joint venture. In 2008, the company was renamed Greene Light (Films) Limited. With the aim of nurturing emerging talent, Greene Light (Films) produced its first short film, entitled Player, written by Sam Hodges. He also starred in the film alongside Pete Postlethwaite, Celia Imrie and Haydn Gwynne. The film was directed by Mary Nighy.
