The information set out above relating to the Offer has been approved by Howard Kennedy Solicitors of 19 Cavendish Square, London W1A 2AW, a firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for the purposes of Section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Howard Kennedy is advising the Company in connection with an offer document (the 'Offer Document') relating to the offer for subscription by the Company of up to 3,200,000 ordinary shares of 50p each at 50p per share payable in full on application and no one else.
